Lynn Ehrlich
Director/Organizer
Lynn is a highly regarded member of the backgammon community, a founding director of the USBGF. She is widely known as the Organizer and Director of the New York Metropolitan Open, the largest tournament of its kind in the U.S. Her tournaments are renowned for their welcoming atmosphere, attracting players of all levels, from beginners to world champions, from many countries. Lynn believes that backgammon is more than just a game; it's a unique way to unite people from different generations, cultures, and backgrounds.

Remington Davenport
Director
Remington is the founder of NYC Backgammon Club, a fast-growing backgammon community in the country that has brought together over 3,600 people in the last 18 months through social events, tournaments, and teaching experiences. Her passion for backgammon started as a young kid. In middle school, she had a group of six girlfriends who played every weekend—a tradition that sparked a lifelong love for the game. Today, she's on a mission to make backgammon more accessible, social, and inclusive for the next generation of players in New York and beyond.

Perry Gartner
Organizer/Advisor
Perry is President Emeritus of the U.S. Backgammon Federation and a co-founder of the Backgammon Learning Center, the world's largest teaching group. He is currently focused on developing improved backgammon equipment and is spearheading a key AI project while also collaborating on another, both of which are aimed at making significant advancements to the game.

Phil Simborg
Lecturer/Director/Organizer
Phil Simborg is the official Teaching Pro of the US Backgammon Federation. He has many years of experience running tournaments and has given more Backgammon lectures around the world than anyone in the history of the game. He has written over 100 articles and posted more than 300 backgammon educational videos.
